Founder & Principal
Richard B. Price
Richard B. Price founded R.B. Price & Company as a consulting practice and a vehicle for his personal private investments. He began his career at McKinsey & Company after earning MBA and JD degrees from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and Law School. He served as president of Philadelphia Suburban Corporation (later Aqua America, NYSE-listed), and over his career has advised institutions, private equity firms, and hedge funds on transactions representing more than $100 billion in capital.
He is the author of two Harvard Business Review articles on middle market capital access and writes regularly on fintech and AI in the middle market. Today he is the founder of DealChase.ai and the PQ Suite of capital transaction platforms.
